#3 Three Orphan Cubs
We continued our walk through the Libearty Bear Sanctuary in Romania and came upon three bear cubs in a special enclosure. They were only six months old and had arrived at the Sanctuary just the week before.
Their mother had been relocated to another part of Romania without them. She had gone into town looking for food in garbage cans. Instead of relocating the cubs with her, which had been problematic in the past, they were brought to the Sanctuary.
We watched them pace up and down the fence, unsure of their new environment. Anne communicated with them telepathically asking, “What’s going on?” And they said, “We do not know what we are doing here.”
Monika, our guide, then asked if they’re moving up and down the fence had anything to do with them searching for their mother. She was concerned for them. They replied, We have given up that search. We like it here. It is a kind place. But we still don’t know what we’re doing here.”
Anne then explained, “Your mommy was taken somewhere else. You were brought here so these good people could look after you. You can have a good life here. You have each other and that is a blessing.”
They felt everything was so new, so they were tentative. They said, “Maybe. We will think about it.”
So, Anne reiterated the situation for them by saying, “This is your new home.” They responded, “We shall see. We are not sure, yet.”
Then they began changing their movements. One spoke up and telepathically said, “We can make this our home. We think we can.” He turned and started looking up at us on our viewing platform. Before that they had not looked towards us.
Suddenly, they playfully chased each other up the tree.
Through our talking to them and explaining the situation, they began to understand that this was a good place to live. This was their home. It was up to them now to be happy there. This was their responsibility.
We left them playing high up in the tree.
#4 JEXI
Jexi had lived for many years in a cage with her brother Jimmy in the back yard of a bread factory before coming to the Sanctuary.
Monika wanted to know why Jexi would stand on her hind legs and do pirouettes when she first came to the Sanctuary. Jexi communicated to Anne that she did this to blank out her mind.
Before she came to the Sanctuary she had done this a lot in her back yard cage. This activity put her in an altered state of consciousness so she would not have to deal with her terrible life.
When we started communicating with Jexi she had been sitting, looking up at the sky, and looking away from us. Anne asked her, “What are you doing looking at the sky like that?”
Jexi said, “I like the feel of the sky and the warmth of the sun. This is just right for me. When I sit in this spot and looked this way I am aligned.” Anne understood. Jexi felt this was the way she should be on the earth. She felt this alignment was meant to be for her.
She telepathically projected an image to Anne of an energy grid that she was sitting on. She had obviously found an energy line that felt good to her.
We asked if she was OK or happy. She said, “Sometimes. I have pretty much washed away that part of my life where I was in the cage and not happy at all. That is when I did pirouettes to feel better. Now I can sit in alignment. I can sit and I am happy for the day.”
Anne said, “You could say you are an evolving bear. Maybe we should call you Buddha Bear!”
Then Monika, Anne and I all expressed how much we appreciated her. She responded, “I know. Otherwise, you would not have been here with me for so long.”
We all said our goodbyes, and moved on.
