May 6, 2011 Spirit can move in mysterious ways, especially when we become too busy to pay attention to the whispers. This brings us to Anne’s unusual experience and a powerful meditation she received as a result. She has been particularly busy lately.
This week Anne was in the middle of a phone session with a client when a rabbit jumped up against the nearby window and tried to grab onto the screen with its front paws. The rabbit was acting like a flying squirrel. Since there wasn’t much to grab onto, the rabbit fell. After a moment, he gathered himself together and hopped away.
We have wild rabbits around our place, so we are familiar with their behavior. But this was out of character. This put Anne into shock. She couldn’t believe what she had seen, but she had to return her focus to her client’s session.
Later that day while we were in the car, she talked about her very strange encounter. So, while driving, we took out the recorder and asked “All That Is” (what she calls Source or inner wisdom) what it might mean. What was the rabbit trying to tell Anne?
We felt that the message must be urgent to warrant such attention from the animal kingdom.
When we asked All That Is what message our higher selves had for us, we received the following communication:
- Go inside and be at peace.
- Know you are One.
- Go inside and access pureness.
- The outer world is not important.
- Fill yourself with light from within.
- You are whole and complete.
- Pay attention to the Quiet.
- Love yourself.
- Appreciate yourself just as you are.
- You create your reality.
They then showed us the following powerful meditation. You can follow this now:
See yourself sitting around a calm, glassy lake in the cross-legged position. Notice how you feel calm inside and how the lake reflects this calmness. Request support from the universe in maintaining this sense of calm, and notice how individuals from the astral plane show up to help you with this calmness.
Ask them to join you and sit in a circle around the lake. Now imagine joining hands and allowing yourself to create a protective energy field over the water and around your circle.
Next, notice a horizontal door opening up at the bottom of the lake. This allows an obelisk-like object to rise through the opening and move up toward the surface of the lake.
Let the obelisk break through the surface of the lake and reach its maximum height. See it begin to activate. Notice the electrical lightening bolts coming out of its top and spreading over your heads and off into the distance. Notice the zapping of the negative particles in the air around you, making the air fresh and clean.
Remain calm and seated in the image during this process. Trust the goodness of the light and the peace within your heart. This is real.
Now, you can return to normal consciousness and go about your day, allowing yourself to continue this image in the background of your mind. Let you inner world work for you. This cleansing and healing can take place over the next three or four days. It is a cleansing of your full energy system.
Over the next few days you can simply go about your normal routine while remaining calm in your mind. You can go into meditation again at any time, though it is not necessary. All you need to do is visualize yourself seated in the circle, holding hands, while feeling calm and thankful. This keeps your system activated and allows for the continued cleansing of old thought patterns so that you can refresh your whole being.
Just keep checking in with these images to see when the electrical bolts have come to a stop. When this process is complete, you may notice the obelisk’s retreat back into the lake. You can now give thanks to yourself for being willing to go through this inner transformation.
Notice that your world is now quieter inside. Notice that the negative thought patterns that were surrounding you before are now gone. The air has been cleared. You have experienced your own electrical storm and you are better for it. You can now approach your outer world with greater inner peace.
It may take some time to integrate everything you have been through in this meditation. Be gentle with yourself. You may notice:
- The world may seem more cleansed around you.
- You may feel quieter inside.
- You may feel more pure than before.
- You may feel moments of Oneness.
- You somehow “know” you are whole.
- You are having positive ideas.
- The negative thoughts in your mind are now absent.
- You appreciate yourself.
- The world feels quieter now.
You only have to activate your inner obelisk once. However you may continue to sit in reverence around the lake whenever you desire to do so.
This is a powerful time. This meditation is a precious opportunity. It can provide you with a powerful experience. You are worth being loved. The rabbit risked injury to get our attention. We give thanks for this remarkable universe within which we live and the support we are receiving.
