Anne’s Background
Anne has studied spirituality and sacred sites extensively. She began meditating in 1973 and has traveled the world to experience different perspectives and approaches to life. Among other things, she has spent time with Mother Teresa and the Dalai Lama in India and was part of a psychic delegation to Russia. She brings this broad knowledge base to everything she does, including the energy work involved in Feng Shui and Energy Clearing.
Since 1984, after working in corporate finance and real estate, Anne has owned and managed businesses and institutions. She worked as the Consulting Hypnotherapist for Norman Shealy’s, MD, PhD (Founding President of the American Holistic Medical Association) Institute providing professional consultations as part of total client care.
In 1990 she founded the Transpersonal Hypnotherapy Institute, Inc. (THI), a vocational school which is approved and regulated by the Colorado Department of Higher Education and has certified thousands in cutting edge techniques. In 2000 she co-founded Go Intuition, Inc., (formerly Intuitive Advantage, Inc.) a consulting firm, with Greg Meyerhoff. And in 2005 together they established Lively Spirit, Inc., to publish materials on intuition.
Anne has been a speaker at industry conferences and has taught and lectured internationally. She has spoken at the annual conferences for the International Association for Near Death Studies (IANDS), the International Remote Viewing Association and the Society for Scientific Exploration. For years she taught intuition at Holos University.
She has been on professional and civic Boards, including the Board of the Colorado Association of Psychotherapists, and has received awards from the National Association of Women Business Owners, among others. She is an award winning, best-selling author of numerous materials on intuition, including the Eureka! Understanding and Using the Power of Your Intuition, The Path of Intuition: Your Guidebook for Life’s Journey, and Journey to Heaven: An Insider’s Guide to the Afterlife.
She is a Certified Master Hypnotist, Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, an NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Trainer, a Professional Certified Coach, a registered unlicensed psychotherapist (Colorado) and an intuitive coach and business consultant. She holds a BFA and an MBA from the University of Denver. She holds an MA in Transpersonal Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. After completing studies at Saybrook University (PhD ABD all but dissertation), she received her Doctorate in psychology with distinction from Akamai University where her dissertation was on accessing intuition through self-hypnosis. She received a Post-Doctorate of Theology in spirituality and holistic health from Holos University Graduate Seminary and is an ordained minister of the All Faiths Church of Spirituality and Health.
