How do you relax and sleep at night when the world seems to be falling apart? There are masks, social distancing, lock downs, unrest, economic disaster and political upheaval. It’s a lot to deal with.
What is going on behind the scenes?
Energy, in the form of light particles, is coming into the atmosphere to help you upgrade your system. It’s been quite intense this last few weeks and this should last until around November 5th. This is followed by a couple of weeks of integration time. The few years that follow remain a bit rocky, but these light particles are designed to help you manage.
You can accept these light particles for your growth and expansion or you can choose to reject them. You can also choose to receive the dimmer particles which are mingling with the lighter awakening particles. These dim particles are meant to help you go numb to the events in and around you.
Have you felt agitated and angry lately? This is because this energy coming in is less forgiving than it was in the past. It is pushing you to the finish line you have chosen, either consciously or unconsciously.
What can you do to stay balanced during this process of evolution? You can meditate, eat healthy, read something inspirational, journal your inner wisdom or take a walk.
You may be saying, “I’ve done all that and I still feel off.” Well, the next step is to confront the thoughts that tell you, “you aren’t good enough, you messed up, you’ll never get it right.” Your higher wisdom wants you to release old thoughts and beliefs before it rewards you with an easier life. You can access your unconscious through hypnotherapy, intuitive exploration and other practices.
Choices can no longer be avoided if you want to sleep like a baby. Issues are up to be released so you heal deeply and move to a higher vibration.

- Embrace rather than fight the incoming energy. It may feel like you’re being attacked, but you’re not.
- Place a protective bubble of light around you before you go to sleep so you know you are safe and loved.
- Ask your higher wisdom to upgrade your energy system while you sleep.
When you embrace what is happening, feel protected, and increase your vibration, you sleep well. Practice this and notice how you relax and sleep!
