Casper, who passed, communicates through a pet psychic reading with Greg Meyerhoff and Anne Salisbury

How is he doing now? Anne & Greg: Casper is lying next to you now. He says that life for him on the other side is very much the same as it was when he was alive, except that now he is able to respond faster. He is showing us the image of seeing some birds, and he was able to kind of jump after them. Owner: That is just like him. He used to run a lot after birds. But when he died he was 16 years old. He was unable to move around very much, so that was a difference. Anne & Greg: Well, Casper says that the other difference is that he can see things better now. Owner: That is wonderful. In the end he was almost blind. Anne & Greg: Those are the two biggest changes that Casper says he is experiencing. Otherwise, he says he is well. Owner: I am so glad to hear that he is well. I thought I sensed him here next to me on the blanket but wasn’t sure. Anne & Greg: He says he will hang around you for a while until you can feel better about his passing. He says he wants you to move on with your life, rather than hold onto the past. He wants you to be able to move on. Anne & Greg’s Summary: When a pet passes onto the other side they will often regain the abilities they had in their youth – such as running, jumping, chasing, playing, seeing and hearing. This is most enjoyable for them. Question: What I should do with his ashes? Anne & Greg: He says he doesn’t feel connected to his ashes anymore. It is like he dropped his body and is done with it now. Rather than feeling connected to his body, he feels connected to his spirit and to you. He doesn’t think it should matter what you do with those ashes. He says, “Anywhere in nature would be fine,” since you spent time in nature. But it really doesn’t matter at all. Anne & Greg’s Summary: Casper wanted to make sure that his owner did not become too connected to his ashes, which represented his body of the past. He wanted her to let go of his old body. Instead, he wanted her to focus on keeping the communication lines open so that they could talk when it was appropriate. It is easy to make the remains of a body (in whatever form) the focus when an animal or a person dies. Casper wanted us to know that he had taken off his old suit of clothes because it was worn out. He had discarded it on purpose. The real Casper was lying by his loving companion now in his pure spirit form. The love between one spirit and another was the focus now. |
