In this series we talk with pets, whose names have been changed, to see what they have to say. Here is an interesting pet psychic reading that we gave.

Question: Why is my dog whining? She didn’t use to do that.

Anne & Greg: She is showing us the image of looking out a picture window to a beautiful scene of grass and trees in the distance. The odd thing is that there are no people or animals in this scene. Celeste feels lonely at her core. This looks like an early wounding that has nothing to do with you.

Owner: That is interesting. She is around five years old now. When we picked her up from the pound she had been there with her brother. They separated them. That is probably why Celeste feels lonely.

Anne & Greg: And there is one more thing you can check on. Does she have some trouble with her ears? It looks as though something might hurt there.

Owner: I’ll check into that.

Question: I don’t know if you remember me? I saw you last summer at the Canine 4K. You saved Celeste’s life.

Owner: She was only 7 pounds and wasn’t eating. We had picked her up from the pound as a skinny nervous dog. You said, “For some reason, she doesn’t want to eat rice.” So I went home and found out she was allergic to rice. That is why she wasn’t eating. All the food I was giving her had rice in it. So when I changed her food, she started eating again. Now she is 10 pounds and calm. You saved her life!

Anne & Greg: We remember now. How wonderful to see you!

Owner: There was something else you told me a year ago. You said Celeste had a death wish. She was identifying with Pierre, our previous dog who we had to put to sleep. She intuitively saw how much we had loved and missed him. You said Celeste wanted to be loved as much as we had loved Pierre, so she thought she had to die to receive that much love. You helped her let go of that death wish, and now she is happy to be alive.

Anne & Greg: Yes, and now we are helping her get to the next level. We are uncovering the misconceptions that are interfering with her ability to receive love. You have the love for her. Now she just has to receive it.

Anne & Greg’s Summary: Animals often know a lot more about their health than we give them credit for. Sometimes what they tell us goes against what their doctors say. It takes courage to trust our pet’s advice sometimes. Celeste knew exactly what could make her better, and she told us. The owner followed through, Celeste responded, and is healthy today.

Question: Should we get a second dog as a companion for her?

Anne & Greg: Celeste says you can get her another dog – she would really like that. This is unusual for us, as pet psychics, to hear. Because even though most people think that their dog wants another animal as a companion, most animals do not want another pet in the house.

But unless Celeste changes the way she unconsciously sees her world as lonely, she won’t benefit from having an animal companion around. She is already living with you, her human companions, and you obviously love her very much. Yet she feels lonely. So you can see how her unconscious imagery is interfering with her outward reality.

Owner: Yes. We love her and care for her and she is still whining and feeling lonely.

Anne & Greg: Right. So let’s make some changes to the image that Celeste showed us. We are going to play with her a little. Let’s populate her pastoral scene with imaginary friends and animals. Let her feel the love from these individuals. See her heart being open to receiving this love from the universe. Now that we have shown her this as an option, it is up to her to choose this image over the one she held before.

Owner: Great. I can help her with that.

Anne & Greg’s Summary: It is always wonderful to see a pet again. Just like people, pets sometimes misinterpret events and feelings, and need help reinterpreting things so they can move ahead. They, like humans, have an internal desire to grow psychologically and spiritually. Once they have digested one piece of learning that makes their lives better, they are ready for the next course. It is wonderful to see!
