June 6, 2011  At this time, focused attention is required to be able to receive the downloads of light and spiritual information that you are being given. To assume that everything will run smoothly without your loving attention is a false belief. The intention must be there within you. Then once you activate your device (your body and mind) for receiving, you can lovingly maintain it through the desire to love yourself more.

For now, more regular attention to receiving is important. So when you awaken and when you prepare for sleep, you can say these things:

Upon Awakening, say with meaning:
I give thanks for the Light within me.
I assimilate it and use it well.
I create in my world,
and I enjoy it.

Upon Sleeping, say with meaning:
I love myself deeply.
This is truly my world.
I create within it.
I appreciate it.
I prosper.
